烟台师范学院食用真菌研究所承担的“白鲍菇液体菌种培养及优质高产栽培技术集成研究”和“鸡腿菇液体菌种及优质高产创新研究”两项科研成果,日前,通过省级鉴定鉴定专家组一致认为,两项成果填补了该领 域国内空白,达到了国内领先水平。 “白鲍菇液体菌种培养及优质高产栽培技术集成研究”和“鸡腿菇液体菌种及优质高产创新研究”两项课题,是2001年经山东省科技厅批准下达的省级重大课题“食(药)用菌液体菌种培养及应用技术攻关研究”的子课题。两年来,课题组成员,在课题总负责人兼首席专家、山东省食用菌专家顾问团团长、烟台师范学院副院长蔡德华教授的具体指导下,克服种种困难,以严谨的科学态度和合理的方法步骤,经过大量的试验、对比,取得了一系列翔实、可靠的数据,完成了合同计划中的各项指标。
