提高大庆类原油催化裂化汽油辛烷值工业试验于1996年10月至1997年1月在前郭炼油厂800Kt/a重油催化裂化装置上进行。结果表明,采用DOCR-1催化剂和相应的工艺技术能有效地提高催化裂化汽油的辛烷值。与不用DOCR-1催化剂的结果相比,汽油RON达到90.1,提高1.4个单位;MON达到79.8,提高2.4个单位。轻质油收率降低1.75个百分点,干气和焦炭选择性明显改善,是一种理想的生产高辛烷值汽油和提高重油转化的技术,对汽油的升级换代和无铅化具有重要意义。
The industrial test of raising the octane number of Daqing crude oil catalytic cracking gasoline was carried out on the 800Kt / a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Qian Guo refinery from October 1996 to January 1997. The results show that the use of DOCR-1 catalyst and the corresponding technology can effectively improve the octane number of FCC gasoline. RON of gasoline reached 90.1, an increase of 1.4 units compared to the result without DOCR-1 catalyst; MON reached 79.8, an increase of 2.4 units. Light oil yield reduction of 1.75 percentage points, significantly improved dry gas and coke selectivity, is an ideal technology for the production of high-octane gasoline and heavy oil conversion, is important for the upgrading of gasoline and lead-free significance.
