讨论了有关金属腐蚀研究中尚未涉及的一个课题:金属腐蚀过程中释热的利用。文中从理论和实验两个方面对金属腐蚀过程中的释热进行了较全面的论述,并对在这一过程中所释放热能的收集和利用进行了探讨。我们采用微粒堆集的方法,对不同金属的腐蚀倾向,腐蚀过程中放热和集热的条件,以及影响放热状态的腐蚀速度等进行了较广泛的研究,指出铁腐蚀产生热的过程,无烟、无光、无毒。以废铁屑为原料,收到了很好的效果,其资源广、成本低,很有开发价值。
Discusses a topic not yet involved in the study of metal corrosion: the use of heat release during metal corrosion. In this paper, the heat release in the process of metal corrosion is discussed both theoretically and experimentally, and the collection and utilization of the heat energy released in this process are discussed. We use the method of particle accumulation to study the corrosion tendency of different metals, the conditions of exothermic and collector heat in the process of corrosion, and the corrosion rate affecting the exothermic condition. We point out the process of heat generation by iron corrosion, Smoke, matt, non-toxic. Scrap iron as raw materials, received good results, its wide resources, low cost, great development value.
