SPRITE探测器是一种三引极n型的HgCdTe光电导探测器,具有焦平面上的时间延迟积分(TDI)功能,用于串扫和串并扫热成像系统。用建立在线性滤波理论基础上的调制传递函数(MTF)评价、测试SPRITE探测器的空间分辨能力,已有不少研究论文报道,但都忽略了测试用光学投影系统对探测器MTF测试的影响。除了光学镜头的传递特性外,光学投影系统中所特有的扫描部件的运动效应也在较大程度上影响着探测器MTF测试的准确性.本文探讨了运动效应对SPRITE探测器MTF测试的影响,并提出了相应的光学投影系统等效MTF测试方法.
The SPRITE detector is a triple -pole n-type HgCdTe photoconductive detector with time-delay integration (TDI) on the focal plane for serial and serial-scan thermal imaging systems. The MTF evaluation based on linear filtering theory has been used to test the spatial resolution of SPRITE detectors. However, many researches have been reported, but all of them neglect the influence of the optical projection system on the detector MTF test . In addition to the transmission characteristics of the optical lens, the movement effects of the scanning components unique to the optical projection system also affect the accuracy of the detector MTF test to a large extent. This paper discusses the effect of motion on the SPFITE detector MTF test and proposes the equivalent MTF test method for the optical projection system.
