上海市苏州河综合治理领导小组,已在银波大厦挂牌成立,为治理终年黑臭的苏州河制定了分阶段的治理方案,即5年内消除黑臭,15年后(到2010年)将苏州河建成一条穿越上海市区的旅游观光河道。下列六项主要工作,在年内将陆续启动:①加强领导和管理,近期内要完成综合整治计划方案并组织实施,年内取得阶段性成果; Shanghai Suzhou River Comprehensive Management Leading Group, has been listed in the Silver Wave Building, Suzhou Creek for the management of all-year-old black and odor developed a phased treatment program, that is, to eliminate black and smelly within 5 years, 15 years (2010) Suzhou River built into a tourist river through the Shanghai urban area. The following six major tasks will be started one after another during the year: ① Strengthen leadership and management, complete the plan for comprehensive renovation and control plan and organize the implementation in the near future, and achieve phased results during the year;
