本文检测和分析了73例各类肾脏疾病患者和对照组人群的血脂、载脂蛋白,血清和尿液中Lp(a)水平,表明各类肾小球疾病及慢性肾衰、糖尿病肾病患者具脂质代谢异常,血清高浓度脂蛋白(a)为其另一生化特征。血清脂蛋白(a)同血清白蛋白、尿总蛋白及尿蛋白分子大小均显著相关;尿Lp(a)排泄减少,且同血清肌酐水平相关。对肾脏病患者脂蛋白(a)的代谢特点进行了初步探讨,认为高Lp(a)血症不仅是肾脏病患者脂代谢的异常表现,可能同时参与了肾脏病的本身进展。
In this paper, we detected and analyzed the level of Lp (a) in serum, apolipoprotein, serum and urine of 73 patients with kidney disease and control group, indicating that all kinds of glomerular disease and chronic renal failure, patients with diabetic nephropathy Abnormal lipid metabolism, high serum lipoprotein (a) is another biochemical feature. Serum lipoprotein (a) was significantly associated with serum albumin, urinary total protein and urine protein molecule size; urinary Lp (a) decreased excretion and correlated with serum creatinine. Metabolic characteristics of lipoprotein (a) in patients with kidney disease were preliminarily discussed. It is thought that hyperlipidemia is not only an abnormal manifestation of lipid metabolism in patients with kidney disease, but also may be involved in the progression of nephropathy.
