供应链是当今学术界研究的热点问题之一,它的出现改变了传统的竞争模式,市场竞争从单个企业之间的竞争转变为供应链间的竞争。因此可以说供应链管理是具有一定专长和市场竞争力的企业之间的一种合作性安排,是一种集优高效的价值共同创造活动。传统的供应链绩效评价往往侧重于对单个企业的绩效评价,而评价指标以财务指标作为唯一或主要标准,为了确保供应链管理的健康、可持续发展,必须建立科学、全面的供应链绩效评价体系。本文从供应链的投入产出表出发,构建了供应链的投入产出模型,提出了供应链绩效评价的新视角。
Supply chain is one of the hot issues in academic research at present. Its emergence has changed the traditional competition mode. The competition in the market has changed from competition between individual enterprises to competition among supply chains. Therefore, it can be said that supply chain management is a kind of cooperative arrangement between enterprises with certain expertise and market competitiveness, and it is a kind of collective and efficient value creation. The traditional performance evaluation of supply chain often focuses on the performance evaluation of a single enterprise, while the evaluation index takes the financial index as the sole or main criterion. In order to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of supply chain management, it is necessary to establish a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation of supply chain system. Based on the input-output table of supply chain, this paper constructs the input-output model of supply chain and puts forward a new perspective of supply chain performance evaluation.
