从近几年的劳务派遣用工实践看,出现了一些单位滥用劳务派遣制度,结果是劳务派遣单位一派了之,用工单位一用了之,劳动者的合法权益得不到有效保障。
In recent years, labor dispatch and employment practices have shown that some units abuse the labor dispatch system. As a result, labor dispatch units are dispatched. Once employed units are employed, the legitimate rights and interests of workers can not be effectively guaranteed.
