通过热重分析法,研究了在固定稀土残留量条件下,不同稀土添加剂对Ni80Cr20电热合金高温抗氧化动力学的影响。在1050至1200℃范围内,计算了氧化反应的表现反应速度常数和表观活化能,讨论了反应机理。通过X射线衍射分析、金相观察等手段,对氧化膜结构、氧化膜与基体的粘附性等进行了探讨,还研究了稀土添加剂提高Ni80Cr20电热合金高温抗氧化性的机制。
Thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the effect of different rare earth additives on the oxidation kinetics of Ni80Cr20 at high temperature under the condition of fixed residual amount of rare earth. In the range of 1050 to 1200 ℃, the reaction rate constant and apparent activation energy of the oxidation reaction were calculated. The reaction mechanism was discussed. By X-ray diffraction analysis, metallographic observation and other means, the structure of the oxide film, the adhesion between the oxide film and the matrix were discussed, and the mechanism of rare earth additives to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of Ni80Cr20 electric heat alloys.
