The “Modern Cooking Symposium”, initiated and organized by the Teaching Material Department of the Ministry of Domestic Trade, the Teachers Training Center of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Tushen Cooking School, was held at Beijing Business School from August 16 to August 20. There were 31 individuals and their representatives from 23 cities and counties throughout the country engaged in cooking and cooking teaching.
