政治结构要素之间处于相互反应和有效互动的有机化状态是政治形态成熟的标志,我们称处于该状态下的政治为有机政治。政党、国家和社会是现代政治的主体要素,三者的有机化是现代政治的本质规定,而现代政治发展的内在逻辑又决定了政党是其走向成熟的关键。随着市场经济深化和网络社会生成,具有相对自主性的现代社会在中国快速崛起,标志着现代政治主体要素在中国已经生成,有机政治建设成为下一步中国政治发展的重要目标。现代政治发展规律和中国政治发展逻辑的共同演绎,决定了重构政党和社会之间的关系成为中国建设有机政治的重要任务之一,也是未来十年中国政治发展的战略重点,而中国共产党的领导和执政地位决定了提高党的能力成为这一战略发展的枢纽性选择。
The organic state of interaction and effective interaction among the elements of the political structure is a sign of the maturity of the political form. We call the politics in this state organic politics. Political party, state and society are the main elements of modern politics. The organicization of the three is the essential requirement of modern politics, and the inherent logic of modern political development determines that the political party is the key to its maturity. With the deepening of market economy and the formation of online society, the relatively autonomous modern society has risen rapidly in China, marking that the main elements of modern politics have been generated in China and that organic politics building has become an important goal for the next step in China’s political development. The common interpretation of the laws governing the development of modern politics and the logic of China’s political development has determined that the reconstruction of the relationship between political parties and society has become one of the important tasks for China in building its organic politics and is also a strategic priority for China’s political development in the next decade. Leadership and ruling status determine that improving the party’s capabilities has become a pivotal choice for this strategic development.
