声带息肉、小结节等良性病变,是耳鼻喉科常见病。采用CO_2激光手术摘除,可将病变组织准确切除,并很好地保留正常的声带上皮组织。患者痛苦小,恢复快。我院自1994年～2002年共行72例手术,效果良好,报告如下。1.资料与方法1.1一般资料用CO_2激光治疗声带良性病变72例,男40例,女32例,年龄20岁～52岁。其中声带息肉42例,声带结节30例。所有病例均来自我院耳鼻喉科门诊。
