随着新媒体时代的到来,社会环境复杂性和不确定性的增长导致危机事件频发,社会舆论管理面临着新的时代挑战,而电力行业所处的社会舆论环境也越来越复杂,公众对电力企业还存在诸多误解。各电力企业虽然有了一些宣传上的突破和尝试,但从行业来讲,未能形成系统全面的工作机制。因此,需要建立电力行业与社会舆论环境和谐互动的良好机制,为电力行业、企业发展营造良好的舆论氛围和环境,服务和促进电力发展方式转变。
With the advent of the new media era, the increase of social environment complexity and uncertainty leads to the frequent occurrence of crisis events. Social media management faces new challenges of the times. The public opinion environment in the power industry is also becoming more and more complicated. The public Power companies still have many misunderstandings. Although various power companies have made some breakthroughs in publicity and try, but from the industry, failed to form a comprehensive system of work mechanism. Therefore, there is a need to establish a sound mechanism for harmonious interaction between the power industry and the public opinion environment, create a favorable public opinion atmosphere and environment for the development of the power industry and enterprises, serve and promote the transformation of the mode of power development.
