目的:观察神昌注射液对脑栓塞大鼠血小板活化和血栓形成的影响。方法:造大鼠大脑中动脉脑栓塞(MCAO)模型,静脉给药7次后,取血,用流式细胞仪测CD62P、CD63;并观察肾静脉血栓形成及凝血时间。结果:神昌注射液能降低脑缺血大鼠血液的CD62P、CD63表达率,降低大鼠下腔肾静脉血栓的重量,延长小鼠的凝血时间。结论:神昌注射液能降低血小板活化功能,减轻静脉血栓的形成,延缓血液凝固,是其治疗中风的药理学基础。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenchang Injection on platelet activation and thrombosis in rats with cerebral embolism. Methods: The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was established in rats. After intravenous injection for 7 times, the blood samples were collected for determination of CD62P and CD63 by flow cytometry. Renal venous thrombosis and clotting time were also observed. Results: Shenchang injection can reduce the expression of CD62P and CD63 in the blood of the ischemic rat, decrease the weight of the inferior vena cava and the venous thrombosis, prolong the clotting time of the mice. Conclusion: Shenchang injection can reduce platelet activation, reduce the formation of venous thrombosis and delay blood coagulation, which is the pharmacological basis for its treatment of stroke.
