对于酒店来说,员工是最重要的资源。然而,长时间保持高强度的工作状态、加班、工作压力等等都有可能造成酒店员工产生职业倦怠。职业倦怠不仅影响工作人员的身心健康,而且会使员工工作积极性缺失,影响酒店效益,甚至出现酒店员工离职,酒店人力资源将面临困境。因此,酒店应高度重视员工的职业倦怠。本文旨在通过实证调研的方法,研究酒店行业影响职业倦怠的因素和职业倦怠的表现,希望提出解决职业倦怠的相关对策。
For the hotel, staff is the most important resource. However, for a long time to maintain high-intensity working conditions, overtime, work pressure, etc. are likely to cause hotel staff burnout. Job burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of staff, but also makes the enthusiasm of employees lack of work, affect hotel efficiency, and even the emergence of hotel employees to leave, the hotel human resources will face difficulties. Therefore, the hotel should attach great importance to employee burnout. This paper aims to study the factors influencing occupational burnout and job burnout in the hotel industry by means of empirical research, and I hope to put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of occupational burnout.
