内皮素(Endothelin,ET)为起源于内皮细胞的肽类物质,1988年Yanagisawa等首先发现。ET具有强烈持久的血管收缩和刺激血管平滑细胞及系膜细胞的增殖作用,参与了肾脏疾病的发生和发展。
Endothelin (ET) is a peptide derived from endothelial cells, first discovered by Yanagisawa et al in 1988. ET has a strong and sustained vasoconstriction and stimulate the proliferation of vascular smooth cells and mesangial cells involved in the occurrence and development of kidney disease.
