中温盐浴炉快速启动法是近几年发展起来的,方法较多,有“自激”式、“它激”式、“盐渣法”等。方法尽管不同,但是当达到热平衡后,它们所消耗的能量都应该是一样的。由于快速启动法的出现,传统的副阻启动法有被淘汰或否定的可能。我们认为传统的副组启动法仍是有效的启动方法,有潜力可挖,也可实现快速启动。一、副阻设计以75kW埋入式中温盐浴炉为例,炉膛尺寸350×350×600mm,三相四极制。原用副阻螺旋尺寸φ120
