对轴承滚子和滚针智能分选仪的系统设计技术作了介绍。硬件部分介绍了系统的结构、接口电路的设计及抗噪设计,软件部分则介绍了主程序、分选程序和分选机系统误差统计校正子程序的设计,并介绍了误差统计校正的原理与方法。分选机系统误差的校正基于对工件尺寸抽样分布的分析。在圆柱滚子分选机中的应用表明,当组距为1μm时,校正可使分选机的分组精度从原来的4μm提高至2μm以内。附图10幅,参考文献2篇。
Introduced the system design technology of bearing roller and needle sorter. The hardware part introduces the structure of the system, the interface circuit design and anti-noise design. The software part introduces the design of the main program, sorting program and the system error statistical correction subroutine of sorting machine, and introduces the principle of error statistical correction method. The correction of the sorter system error is based on the analysis of the sample size distribution of the workpiece. The application in the cylindrical roller sorters shows that when the group spacing is 1μm, the correction can improve the sorting accuracy of the classifier from 4μm to 2μm.
