目的探究脑瘫儿童的的不同智力水平与康复训练效果的关系,为脑瘫的治疗提供基础。方法选取2015年1月至2016年10月于郑州市儿童医院康复医院进行诊治的脑瘫患儿160例,对入组患儿应用Gesell发育量表进行智力水平评估,根据评估结果分为四组。智力低下(评分<70)85例,边缘水平(70分~80分)31例,中下等水平(80分~90分)28例,中等以上(>90分)16例,给予相同的综合康复疗法,比较不同智力水平患儿的康复治疗效果。结果智力低下、边缘水平、中下等水平、中等以上组患儿的临床有效率分别为16.47%、25.81%、42.86%、68.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,智力低下、边缘水平、中下等水平、中等以上四组患儿CMFM评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,CMFM评分增加,以中等以上组患儿增加最明显。结论综合康复治疗方法可缓解脑瘫患儿的临床症状,且康复治疗效果与患儿的智力水平相关,智力评分越高,康复效果越好。
Objective To explore the relationship between different intelligence levels of children with cerebral palsy and the effect of rehabilitation training to provide the basis for the treatment of cerebral palsy. Methods From January 2015 to October 2016, 160 children with cerebral palsy who had been diagnosed and treated in Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital Rehabilitation Hospital were enrolled in this study. The Gesell development scale was used to evaluate the intelligence level of the children. The results were divided into four groups. There were 85 cases with mental retardation (score <70), 31 cases with marginal level (70 ~ 80 points), 28 cases with moderate to intermediate level (80 to 90 points) and 16 cases with moderate (> 90 points) Rehabilitation therapy, rehabilitation in children with different mental levels of treatment. Results The clinical effective rates of children with moderate or severe mental retardation were 16.47%, 25.81%, 42.86% and 68.75% respectively, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Before treatment, the mental retardation (P> 0.05). After treatment, the CMFM score increased, with the most obvious increase in the middle-above group of children. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy. The rehabilitation effect is related to the intelligence level of the children. The higher the intelligence score, the better the rehabilitation.
