中华文化博大精深,源远流长,一脉相传,非口授心传,刻苦练习,实难体会其中的大智慧。在山东中医药大学学习期间,有幸到菏泽跟随李驻军老师学习洪式太极拳,加深了我对太极拳的认识。同时也体会到他与中医的密切关系。现在结合自己的专业,谈谈一下洪式太极拳与中医养生。洪式太极拳是一项注重技击与养生的武术,欲把功夫练好,则须遵循太极拳的原理练习。其中洪式太极拳所强调的眼法,整劲和劲走螺旋对技击和养生有着特别的意义。
