将稀土元素和铬离子注入50Mnl8Cr4钢表层,用四点弯曲法研究了离子注入、添加剂以及阴极极化对50Mnl8Cr4钢在硝酸盐介质中耐SCC性能的影响,用动电位扫描法研究其阳极行为,用XPS对注入与未注入试样的表面化学成分以及化学状态进行了研究。结果表明,稀土元素和铬离子的表面注入,介质中加砷以及阴极极化,可以显著提高50Mnl8Cr4钢的耐SCC性能。
The effects of ion implantation, additive and cathodic polarization on the SCC resistance of 50Mnl8Cr4 steel in nitrate medium were investigated by four-point bending method. The anodic behavior of 50Mnl8Cr4 steel was studied by potentiodynamic scanning. The chemical composition of the surface and the chemical state of the implanted and uninjected samples were studied by XPS. The results show that the surface resistance of rare earth elements and chromium ions, the addition of arsenic and cathodic polarization in the medium can significantly improve SCC resistance of 50Mnl8Cr4 steel.
