基于有限元模拟软件Simufact.Forming,建立径、轴向轧制模型,针对某一环件产品,通过对不同鼓出量的鼓形毛坯进行数值模拟,揭示鼓形毛坯在轧制过程的变化规律,分析了塌边缺陷的形成过程及消除措施。结果表明:轧制初期鼓形消失速度远大于轧制后期,鼓形越到后期越难消除,最终导致环件塌边缺陷。环坯鼓形鼓出量≥120 mm时,最终环件会产生塌边缺陷;环坯鼓形鼓出量≤90 mm时,最终环件不会产生塌边缺陷。为了避免塌边缺陷,当鼓形较小时,采用轧制初期大的径向进给量,当鼓形较大时,必须增加一道滚圆工序。
Based on the finite element simulation software Simufact.Forming, a model of radial and axial rolling was established. According to a certain ring product, the variation of the drum blank during the rolling process was revealed by numerical simulation of the drum blank with different bulge. , Analyzed the formation process of collapse edge defects and elimination measures.
