为测定双胎妊娠产前并发症的发生,作者对洛杉矶县南加州大学医学中心妇女医院在1980年1月1日~1985年12月31日间>20孕周分娩的939例双胎妊娠的全部产科检查记录进行回顾性分析。病人分三组:第一组无产前检查;第二组孕27周后开始产前检查或产前检查<6次;第三组孕27周前开始产前检查并≥6次。产前仅鼓励孕妇卧床休息。所得资料与同诊所单胎妊娠并发症发生率比较,经统计学处理显示明显差异(P<0.006)。结果:①6年间孕≥20周每年双胎分娩发生率相对稳定,平均占全部妊娠0.98%。双卵双胎发生率为73.5%,单卵双胎为26.5%。939例中与妊娠有
To determine the occurrence of prenatal complications of twin pregnancies, the authors of 939 twin pregnancies of> 20 gestational weeks who were delivered to Women’s Hospital, University of Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles County between January 1, 1980 and December 31, 1985 All obstetric examination records were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into three groups: the first group had no prenatal examination; the second group started prenatal or prenatal examination <6 times after 27 weeks of pregnancy; the third group started prenatal examination and ≥6 times before 27 weeks pregnant.
