石斑鱼雌雄同体 ,雌性先成熟并具性转化现象。经过多年的科研探索 ,创立了性控及仔鱼培育的新方法 ,并在人工育苗等方面取得突破性进展 ,具备规模化生产苗种的能力 ,但因资金缺乏 ,产业化进程不尽人意。石斑鱼苗种市场潜力巨大 ,可出口创汇。建议加强对石斑鱼的研究力度 ,努力在近期将我国东南沿海建成亚太地区石斑鱼苗种繁育和供应中心。
