Over the past 20 years, the treatment of cancer has made significant progress, while the treatment of ovarian cancer is still not ideal. Surgical and radiotherapy techniques have improved, but the survival rate of ovarian cancer has not improved. The 5-year survival rate increased from 29% (1950-1959) to 32% (1965-1969). Currently, there are about 11,000 ovarian cancer deaths in the United States each year, 3,000 in Britain each year, and the mortality rate is higher than that of cervical and uterine newborns. Ovarian cancer survival rate is not high due to the diagnosis of the tumor is limited to only 30% of ovarian cancer, early asymptomatic ovarian cancer. Routine pelvic examination and census can not improve the detection rate of early ovarian cancer. Conventional transvaginal puncture abdominal
