科技教育作为培养学生科技素质、创新精神和实践能力的重要手段,对于走出应试教育误区、营造素质教育的良好环境有着重要意义。基于此,我们以科技教育为突破口,大力开展科技教育活动,培养中小学生科技素质和创新能力,促进学生全面素质提高。经过多年的探索,我市形成了区域性科技教育特色。一、科技教育奖励制度化。多年来,潜江积累了丰厚的科技教育底蕴、丰富的科技教育经验及丰硕的科技教育成果。为了将科技教育引向深入,市政府设立青少年科技创新政府奖,为科技教育建立了权威性的长效保障机制。
As an important means of cultivating students’ scientific and technological quality, innovative spirit and practical ability, science and technology education is of great significance for getting out of the misunderstanding of exam-oriented education and creating a good environment of quality education. Based on this, we take science and technology education as a breakthrough point, vigorously carry out science and technology education activities, cultivate science and technology and innovation ability of primary and middle school students, and promote the overall quality of students. After years of exploration, our city has formed a regional science and technology education feature. First, science and technology education reward system. Over the years, Qianjiang has accumulated a wealth of scientific and technological education, rich experience in science and technology education and fruitful achievements in science and technology education. In order to further introduce science and technology education, the municipal government has set up a government award for scientific and technological innovation in adolescents and established an authoritative and long-term safeguard mechanism for science and technology education.
