甘草为最常用中药,药用部位为根。甘草酸为甘草的主要有效成分。为了探讨甘草酸在甘草根不同部位的分布规律,为甘草药材的应用提供基础研究资料,我们参照文献的实验条件,用薄层扫描法对三年生栽培乌拉尔甘草根的木栓层、韧皮部和木质部等由外向内三部分部位的甘草酸进行了含量没定,从而搞清了甘草酸在甘草不同部位的分布规律。实验部分一、实验条件 1.仪器药品:日本岛津CS-930双波长薄层扫描仪;微量注射器(上海保西玻璃仪器厂);实验试剂均为分析纯。 2.层析条件:20×20cm硅胶GF254层析板(青岛),用前105C活化1小时。展开
Licorice is the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine and the medicinal site is rooted. Glycyrrhizic acid is the main active ingredient of licorice. In order to investigate the distribution of glycyrrhizic acid in different parts of licorice root, and provide basic research data for the application of licorice herbs, we refer to the experimental conditions of the literature and use the thin-layer scanning method to cultivate the cork layer, phloem and xylem of the root of Ural licorice root for three years. The content of glycyrrhizic acid in the three parts from the outside to the inside was not determined, so that the distribution of glycyrrhizic acid in different parts of licorice was understood. Instruments and Drugs: Japan Shimadzu CS-930 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanner; micro-syringe (Shanghai Baoxi Glass Instrument Factory); experimental reagents are of analytical grade. 2.
