为评价由上海塑料研究所生产的膨体聚四氟乙烯(EPTFE)在角膜板层中的生物相容性以及与角膜的附着方式,将孔径45μm、空隙率84%、厚0.16mm的EPTFE制成8mm直径的圆盘植入兔角膜板层中,裂隙灯观察并照相,术后2周、3周、1月、2月以及4月分别处死动物进行光镜检查。结果:32%的眼在早期出现较严重的角膜水肿以及新生血管,3周后自然消退;角膜纤维细胞能长入该材料的网孔内,并合成胶原纤维;缩主角膜未见营养代谢障碍性病理改变。观察4个月,角膜无溃疡坏死,无植入物脱出。结论:该材料具有良好的生物相容性,能达到与宿主角膜生物愈合的目的,是制作人工角膜较理想的周边材料
In order to evaluate the biocompatibility of corneal ply and the manner of corneal attachment of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (EPTFE) produced by Shanghai Plastics Research Institute, EPTFE having an aperture of 45 μm, a porosity of 84% and a thickness of 0.16 mm Made of 8mm diameter disc implanted rabbit corneal lamellar, slit lamp observation and photography, after 2 weeks, 3 weeks, January, February and April were sacrificed for light microscopy. Results: In 32% eyes, severe corneal edema and neovascularization occurred in the early stage, and then disappeared after 3 weeks. The corneal fibroblasts could grow into the meshes of the material and synthesize collagen fibers. There was no nutrition metabolism disorder Pathological changes. Observed for 4 months, corneal ulcer necrosis, no implant prolapse. Conclusion: The material has good biocompatibility and can achieve the purpose of healing with the host cornea. It is an ideal peripheral material for artificial cornea
