与大环多酮、多醚相类似的化合物,由于具有较易合成,结构富于变化,络合作用迅速以及易于实现工业生产等特点,是一类值得深入研究的新型化合物。而要获得性能优良的开链大环类似物,必须选择一个较好的末端基和对整个分子的合理设计布局。 前文我们报道了六个以1—苯基—3—甲基—5—吡唑啉酮(1—phenyl—3—Methyl—5—Pyrazolone,简称PMP,下同)杂环为端基的脂链和含氧醚链双酰代吡唑酮类螯合萃取剂的合成(即化合物Ⅰ—Ⅵ),并且发现,它们对铀(Ⅵ),钍等金属离子有着优异的络合特性,符合预期分子设计的目的。
