The referee emotion on the spot of the basketball referee greatly influences the referee’s law enforcement effect.This article discusses the factors which cause the referee’s imminent law enforcement emotion fluctuation from the psychology point of view and puts forward how to regulate the emotion of the spot law enforcement.
