本文首先简略介绍了我国水资源的一般概况,并着重分析了我国城市用水中存在的主要问题。作者认为,导致我国许多城市面临严重的水资源危机的主要因素,除了客观上,我国水资源并不丰富,时空分布又极不均衡外,更多的是一些主观因素造成的。如(1)我国的产业结构配置与水资源分布存在严重错位,使我国的城市水资源危机带有明显的结构性因素;(2)我国城市用水中的不合理性及严重浪费现象十分突出;(3)
This article first briefly introduces the general situation of water resources in our country and emphatically analyzes the main problems existing in the urban water use in our country. The author believes that the main factors that cause many cities in our country to face serious water crisis are subjective factors, except objectively, the water resources in our country are not rich, and the distribution of time and space is extremely unbalanced.
