在pH1.5~2.5氯乙酸缓冲介质中,PAN与Cu(Ⅱ)形成1:1的紫红色络合物,共极大吸收在540纳米,摩尔吸光系数达2.28×10~4。氟化物的存在,不仉使铜络合物的灵敏度显著提高。而且可掩蔽试样中Fe(Ⅲ)、Al(Ⅲ)、Ti(Ⅳ)、RE、Bc、Zr、Sn、Mn等元素,使测定铜的选择性大有提高,只有Ni、Co有干扰,试样小共含量甚微时,可不予考虑其影响。本法对含铜量为0.13~0.54%六种铸铁、低炭钢、矿石的标样进行分析,获得十分满意的结果。
In pH1.5 ~ 2.5 buffer medium, PAN and Cu (Ⅱ) formed a purple complex of 1: 1 with a maximum absorption of 540 nm and a molar absorptivity of 2.28 × 10 ~ 4. The presence of fluoride does not significantly increase the sensitivity of the copper complex. But also can mask the Fe (Ⅲ), Al (Ⅲ), Ti (Ⅳ), RE, Bc, Zr, Sn, Mn and other elements in the sample so that the selectivity of copper is greatly improved. When the content of the sample is small, the influence may not be considered. This Law on the copper content of 0.13 ~ 0.54% of six kinds of cast iron, low carbon steel, ore standard samples were analyzed and obtained very satisfied results.
