伴随我国基础教育改革的推进,学校管理体系正在经历一场崭新的变革,文化管理成为学校的一种诉求。文化管理以人为出发点,尊重人性,以人的价值实现为最终目的。为切实发挥学校文化管理的价值,山东省潍坊第三中学进行了以下探索:在提炼学校精神的基础上构建共同愿景,提升文化的引领力;大力培植“幸福”的人生观、价值观和职业观,提升文化的凝聚力;改革学校管理制度,确立多元化的育人观,在学校开展广泛的合作,提升文化的践行力。
