《中国人民解放军医疗成果奖励办法》已于1996年4月12日由总政治部、总后勤部联合印发,并在今年4月进行了首次评审。这鼓励我军广大医务人员热爱临床工作,全心全意为伤病员服务,钻研医疗技术,提高医疗质量和水平,对于稳定部队医疗卫生队伍,加强军队医疗卫生事业现代化建设,有着十分重要的意义。
The Measures of People’s Liberation Army for Medical Achievements Award were jointly issued by the General Political Department and the General Logistics Department on April 12, 1996 and were first reviewed in April this year. This encourages the vast majority of medical staff in our army to love clinical work, wholeheartedly serve the sick and wounded, study medical technologies and improve the quality and level of medical care. It is of great significance to stabilizing the military health teams and strengthening the modernization of military medical and health undertakings.
