55SiMnVB,11×75mm单面双槽汽车弹簧钢的单片疲劳寿命:当电炉冶炼[S]0.008%时平均为53072次,同一炉钢经0.030%稀土处理后平均提高达84444次;当平炉冶炼[S]0.030%时平均为69006次,同一炉钢经0.040%稀土处理后平均提高达100750次。利用微量稀土金属控制硫含量较低的电炉钢和硫含量较高的平炉钢中非金属夹杂物的形态,都能明显提高单片弹簧的疲劳寿命。但以平炉冶炼经稀土处理的效果更好。
The single-piece fatigue life of 55SiMnVB and 11 × 75mm single-sided double-slot automobile spring steel is 53072 times when 0.008% of electric furnace is smelted, and 84444 times after the same furnace is treated with 0.030% rare earth. When the open hearth smelting [S] averaged 69,006 times at 0.030%. After the same furnace was treated with 0.040% rare earth, the average increase was 100,750 times. The use of trace rare earth metals to control the electric furnace steel with lower sulfur content and the non-metallic inclusions in the open hearth steel with higher sulfur content can significantly improve the fatigue life of the monolithic spring. However, the hearth smelting by rare earth treatment is better.
