造粒塔为中空圆柱筒体结构,采用新型纯钢结构体系避免了传统混凝土结构塔体对工艺流程的制约,成为新的发展方向。但由于其底部70多m的净空要求,使得钢柱的稳定设计成为结构设计的关键。本文以某钢结构造粒塔为工程实例,介绍了钢塔整体稳定的设计方法,即考虑塔顶假想水平力,采用二阶分析方法进行内力计算。这样,有效地解决了塔柱计算长度系数取值困难的问题。
The prilling tower is a hollow cylindrical barrel structure, which adopts a new pure steel structure system to avoid the restriction of the traditional concrete tower structure to the process flow and becomes a new development direction. However, due to the clearance requirement of more than 70 m at the bottom, the stable design of the steel pillar becomes the key to structural design. In this paper, a steel structure prilling tower is taken as an example to introduce the design method of the overall stability of the steel tower. The second-order analysis method is used to calculate the internal forces. In this way, the problem of difficulty in calculating the length coefficient of the tower column is effectively solved.
