目的对比分析螺旋CT及MRI在隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法选取医院拟为骨折但X片下并无骨折征象的患者100例,完善螺旋CT及MRI相关检查,应用二项分布检验比较螺旋CT及MRI应用于隐匿性骨折诊断的价值。结果确诊为隐匿性骨折的78例患者中,螺旋CT检测符合为64例,MRI检测符合为78例。其中螺旋CT应用于隐匿性骨折的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为82.1%、100.0%、86.0%;MRI检测后的上述指标分别为100.0%、100.0%、100.0%。MRI应用于隐匿性骨折的诊断敏感性及精确度均明显高于螺旋CT(P<0.05)。结论MRI应用于隐匿性骨折的诊断敏感性、精确度优于螺旋CT,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare and analyze the value of spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of occult fracture. Methods A total of 100 patients with fractures without any fracture under X-ray were selected in this study. The spiral CT and MRI were improved. The binomial distribution test was used to compare the value of spiral CT and MRI in the diagnosis of occult fractures. Of the 78 patients diagnosed as occult fractures, 64 were detected by spiral CT and 78 by MRI. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of spiral CT in detecting occult fractures were 82.1%, 100.0% and 86.0% respectively. The above indexes after MRI were 100.0%, 100.0% and 100.0% respectively. MRI diagnosis of occult fracture sensitivity and accuracy were significantly higher than spiral CT (P <0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of occult fracture is better than that of spiral CT, which is worthy of clinical application.
