探讨了碳黑/聚烯烃导电复合材料PTC效应产生与衰退的机理,认为要提高材料的PTC效应与稳定性,在本质上必须控制导电粒子在聚合物基体中的分散程度与分布状态,并使其回复重现性提高。文中还详细讨论了提高PTC效应稳定性的几种途径,为设计、制备更高性能的PTC材料提供了科学依据。
The mechanism of PTC effect generation and decay of carbon black / polyolefin conductive composites was discussed. It is considered that to improve the PTC effect and stability of the material, the degree of dispersion and distribution of conductive particles in the polymer matrix must be controlled essentially The reply reproducibility improved. Several ways to improve the stability of PTC effect are also discussed in detail in this paper, which provides a scientific basis for designing and preparing PTC materials with higher performance.
