民航运输业在网络经济效应的作用下,与市场容量扩张、需求增长等形成一种正反馈机制,从而引致该产业由垄断性到竞争性的动态演变,并由此引发了政府管制的变迁。基于这一理论,中国民航运输业进行了管制改革。
Under the economic effect of network economy, civil aviation transportation industry forms a positive feedback mechanism with the expansion of market capacity and demand growth, which leads to the dynamic evolution of the industry from monopoly to competition, which leads to the change of government regulation. Based on this theory, China’s civil aviation transportation industry conducted regulatory reform.
