收集了22例放环妇女(放环年限从1年至20年以上不等)的子宫内膜,及10例具有正常周期而未放环妇女的子宫内膜,对两组对象的内膜标本进行了血管组织化学观察。结果表明,75%放环内膜血管的琥珀酸脱氢酶、碱性磷酸酶、硫胺素焦磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶的活性或多或少都低于同期对照内膜血管,糖原含量也减少。酸性磷酸酶和非特异性酯酶的活性与对照组比较没有明显的变化。IUD 引起内膜微血管的扩张、缺损和破裂可能与血管酶活性的减弱和糖原含量减少有关。
Endometrium was collected from 22 cases of women who released the ring (ring life ranging from 1 year to over 20 years), and 10 cases of endometrium from women with normal cycle without ring-release. Vascular histochemistry was observed. The results showed that the activity of succinate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, thiamin pyrophosphatase, glucose-6-phosphatase in 75% of putative endocyclic blood vessels was more or less lower than that of the control endothelium at the same period, Glycogen content also decreased. Acid phosphatase and non-specific esterase activity compared with the control group no significant change. IUD-induced endometrial microvascular dilatation, defect and rupture may be related to the decrease of vascular enzyme activity and the decrease of glycogen content.
