由于电子技术的发展,数字控制与直接数字控制在机床中得到了越来越广泛的应用。这对促进机械工厂的自动化生产、减轻劳动强度、提高生产效率以及降低工人技术要求等起着重要作用。随着高精度自动化生产的发展,就要求采用自动测量技术,用测量信息去进一步控制加工过程。这样不仅可消除测量的直观误差,还能自动补偿包括测量装置在内的系统误差。所以为了实现高精度的自动化生产,就要求测量装置本身精度高,稳定性好,不但能进行自动测量,分析处理测量信息,还能联系前后工序,也就是把测量技术与电子计算技术结合在一起。本文就国外有关这方面的情况作一简介。
Due to the development of electronic technology, digital control and direct digital control have been more and more widely used in machine tools. This plays an important role in promoting the automated production of mechanical plants, reducing labor intensity, increasing production efficiency and reducing worker’s technical requirements. With the development of high-precision automated production, it requires the use of automatic measurement techniques, with measurement information to further control the process. This not only eliminates the visual error of the measurement but also automatically compensates for systematic errors, including the measuring device. This article gives a brief introduction of the foreign situation in this area.
