故障检修:通过电路分析,进行如下检查:拔下空调控制器,打开点火开关和空调,经测量控制器插座端子2/30有12V电压,说明供电正常。测得端子9/75有12V电压,说明控制器收到了空调请求信号。用万用表电阻档测量端子4/HLS对地电阻,为0Ω,说明发动机温度过热保护开关搭铁。装复空调控制器,拔下过热开关F14的插头,压缩机工作恢复正常。更换F14后,压缩机工作正常。
Troubleshooting: Through the circuit analysis, the following checks: Unplug the air conditioning controller, turn on the ignition switch and air conditioning, measured by the controller socket terminal 2/30 12V voltage, indicating normal power supply. Measured terminal 9/75 12V voltage, indicating that the controller has received the air conditioning request signal. Measure the resistance of terminal 4 / HLS to 0Ω with resistance meter of multimeter, indicating that the engine temperature overheat protection switch is grounded. Installed air conditioning controller, unplug the overheating switch F14 plug, the compressor back to normal work. After replacing the F14, the compressor is working properly.
