链霉素系西药氨基甙类抗菌素,对多种革兰氏阴性杆菌及阳性细菌均有较强的抑制作用,是结核杆菌生长繁殖群的有效杀菌剂,因而常作为结核病化疗强化阶段的首选药物之一。但其副作用较多,最常见的是药物毒性损害第八对脑神经而引起的神经系统中毒反应。目前,西医对本病尚无特效疗法。笔者按中医辨证治疗50例,疗效满意。特报告于下:
Streptomycin is a western medicine aminoglycoside antibiotic, has a strong inhibitory effect on a variety of gram-negative bacilli and positive bacteria, is an effective bactericide for the growth and reproduction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and therefore often used as the drug of choice for the strengthening phase of tuberculosis chemotherapy one. However, there are many side effects. The most common is that drug toxicity damages the neurotoxic reaction caused by the eighth brain nerve. At present, Western medicine has no specific treatment for the disease. The author treated 50 cases according to syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and the effect was satisfactory. Special report below:
