随着科学技术的日新月异和社会的不断发展,人类改造自然的能力越来越强,在现代社会中,水利工程是人类对自然资源改造利用的一种常见工程。但是在水利工程中,水利工程堤坝渗漏一直是水利工程中难以解决的问题,水利工程堤坝出现渗漏时,不仅对堤坝的基础产生巨大的危害,更严重的是对下游居民生命财产安全产生巨大的威胁。所以在水利工程建设中对堤坝进行防渗加固迫在眉睫,是保障水利工程的使用功能和下游居民生命财产安全的基础条件。本文通过对水坝加固技术的深入探析,并提出了具体的水利工程堤坝防渗加固施工方案,希望能够抛砖引玉,是同行相互探讨共同提高,进而对我国以后水利工程建设中的堤坝防渗加固工程施工起到参考作用。
