根据沈阳市特有的气候因素,以及加油站储油环境,结合实验采用自制油气挥发损失测量装置,模拟储油罐里的温度,压力,储油量等。研究了温度、压力、排气体积等因素对加油站卧式储罐油气挥发情况的影响。利用实验测得的93#汽油的油温及油气损失量,进行线性回归模拟,建立损失模型,并用97#汽油再次进行模拟,对模型进行检验,证明该模型构建合理。利用建立的损失模型得出沈阳市全年汽油通过油气挥发损失达5 837.42 t,造成的经济损失约为4 086.19万元。
According to the unique climatic factors of Shenyang City and the oil storage environment of the gas station, a self-made hydrocarbon vapor loss measuring device was used in combination with experiments to simulate the temperature, pressure and oil storage capacity in the oil storage tank. The influence of temperature, pressure, exhaust volume and other factors on vaporization of oil and gas in horizontal tanks in gas stations was studied. Using the experimentally measured oil temperature and oil loss of 93 # gasoline, linear regression simulation was carried out to establish the loss model and re-simulation with 97 # gasoline to test the model, which proves that the model is reasonable. Using the established loss model, we can conclude that the vapor loss of petrol through Shenyang during the whole year reached 5837.42 t, resulting in an economic loss of about RMB48.661 million.
