为探讨亚致死剂量氯虫苯甲酰胺对小菜蛾[Plutella xylostella(L.)]体内活性酶的影响,采用叶片药膜法,用氯虫苯甲酰胺LC50和LC25剂量处理小菜蛾3龄幼虫24、48h后,测定了幼虫体内羧酸酯酶、多功能氧化酶、谷胱甘肽S-转移酶、乙酰胆碱酯酶等4种酶的活性变化。结果表明,亚致死浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺处理除对羧酸酯酶活性影响不显著外,对另3种酶活性均存在一定的抑制作用。谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活性下降最明显,LC25和LC50处理小菜蛾24h后,与对照相比分别下降92.57%和98.01%。
In order to investigate the effects of sub-lethal doses of chlorantraniliprole on Plutella xylostella (L.) in vivo enzyme activity, the leaf larvae were used to treat the 3rd instar larvae of Plutella xylostella with LC50 and LC25 After 48 hours, the activities of carboxylesterase, multifunctional oxidase, glutathione S-transferase and acetylcholinesterase in larvae were measured. The results showed that the sublethal concentration of chlorantranilipide treatment in addition to carboxylesterase activity had no significant effect, the other three kinds of enzyme activity there is some inhibition. Glutathione S-transferase activity decreased most significantly. LC25 and LC50 treatments decreased by 92.57% and 98.01%, respectively, compared with the control.
