目的了解连云港市东海县中小学校传染病防控工作及卫生保健人员现状,为制定学校传染病防控策略和措施提供依据。方法由经过培训并考核合格的专业人员以查阅资料、现场查看、人员访谈相结合的方法进行调查。结果全县共65所学校,卫生室设置率86.2%;41.2%的学校配备了专兼职卫生专业技术人员;开展传染病防治知识培训的学校占95.4%;因病缺课网络报告率为64.8%;学校卫生设施及物质储备不足;学生健康检查率较低。结论必须采取有效措施,提高东海县中小学校传染病防控工作水平和卫生保健人员素质。 Objective To understand the prevention and control of infectious diseases and the status quo of health care workers in primary and secondary schools in Donghai County, Lianyungang City, so as to provide the basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and measures for infectious diseases in schools. Methods The survey was conducted by trained and appraised professionals based on data access, on-site inspection, and interviews with staff. Results A total of 65 schools were set up in this county, with a clinic setting rate of 86.2%; 41.2% of the schools were equipped with full-time part-time health professionals; 95.4% of them were trained in knowledge of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases; 64.8% School health facilities and material reserves are inadequate; student health checkup rates are low. Conclusion Effective measures must be taken to improve the prevention and control of communicable disease in primary and secondary schools in Donghai County and the quality of health care workers.
