冷轧薄板在连续退火线上过去使用的二种基本冷却方法是喷水或水淬冷却,冷却强度不能调节,欲改变冷却速度达到预定的冷却速度难以实现。为生产具有深冲韧性和抗磁板材,冷却速度的选择应根据治金学对析出碳在加热和均热过程中的溶解度而定。实验表明,在水淬和喷水冷却之间选择适中的冷却速度,提供一个最佳的碳饱和度并在以后的处理中促使碳化物沉淀,以利于生产高强度的冷轧钢
The two basic cooling methods used in the continuous annealing line of cold rolled sheet are water spraying or water quenching. The cooling intensity can not be adjusted. It is difficult to change the cooling rate to the predetermined cooling rate. The choice of the cooling rate for the production of ductile ductile and anti-magnetic sheets should be based on the metallurgical nature of the solubility of the precipitated carbon during heating and soaking. Experiments have shown that a moderate cooling rate is selected between water quenching and water jet cooling to provide an optimum carbon saturation and to precipitate carbides in subsequent processing to facilitate the production of high strength cold rolled steel
