区域教研是以促进教师专业发展为目的,以各种具体的教育教学问题为研究对象,以教师为研究主体,以教研员为合作伙伴,以区域为本的研究活动。因此,区域教研应包含实践和理论两个层面。实践层面应以理论学习为指导,理论学习层面应以实践操作为依托。从目前区县乃至省市级教研部门开展的区域教研活动来看,多数属实践层面,而理论学习层面的较少。我们认为,区域教研活动在重视实
Regional teaching and research is to promote the professional development of teachers for the purpose of a variety of specific education and teaching as the research object, with teachers as the main research, teaching and research staff as partners, a regional-based research activities. Therefore, regional teaching and research should include both practice and theory. The practical level should be guided by theoretical study, and the theoretical study level should be based on practical operation. From the current regional education and research activities carried out by districts and even provincial and ministerial level teaching and research departments, most of them belong to the practical level, while the theoretical level of learning is relatively small.
