Among the recommendations adopted by the all-Soviet youth film workers conference held not long ago, we believe that the most important one is the suggestion of closely linking the theoretical education and production internship of youth creative cadres. All of these suggestions are derived from a major premise - cinema art is, above all, a collective art based on the closest collaboration of artists in various creative sectors. As we all know, various creative departments of the Soviet Union’s National Film University are training young specialists.
